What do handmade objects tell us about American Jewish life? Is crafting itself a kind of religious experience? This conversation will cover examples that range from synagogue knitting circles to craftivist actions like Jewish Hearts for Pittsburgh. From challah covers to Passover pillows, Jewish crafters are creating a vibrant Judaism, one stitch at a time.
