Meditation: A Four Part Series
Meditation has been a part of Jewish practices, prayers and services for centuries. At the very least, meditation can teach us to slow down and pause to increase awareness of our experiences, both internal and external. From a spiritual perspective, when we carve out time to “clear the space”, we can create the opportunity to turn inward, be contemplative and access a different consciousness..
Over the next four months, Ann Friedenheim will guide us in monthly meditation sessions that will be easily accessible to the first time meditator or those with experience. During each session there will be a brief introduction, guide to basic meditation skills and then a guided meditation based on a specific theme.
Below are the dates, times and themes to be covered. Sessions will occur through zoom and for security reasons, you must register in order to receive the link
