Dr. Melissa Hakim will discuss research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, sleep, and meditation and how you can incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

Bio:
Dr.Hakim, a lifelong member of KI and former President, is a board certified patient advocate and certified health and wellness coach and owner of Hakim Health Partners, a health advocacy and coaching business. She provides navigation of the medical system, management of your health care needs and health coaching to reduce your risk factors for chronic diseases.
